About this 2 hour, 19 minute workshop:

Professional Handling and Capture of Dogs Workshop (Field Services)

Instructor John Peaveler introduces key concepts, tools, and techniques related to animal handling and capture of dogs. Animal care and control organizations come in all shapes and sizes (so do their budgets!), but the basic need to handle and capture animals is the same. John will focus on three key concepts throughout the session: Safe, Effective, and Humane and walk you through tools and techniques that can work for any budget.

John Peaveler brings 18 years of global experience to this session.

CalAnimals provides trainings throughout the year for California animal welfare professionals on a variety of topics.
